Meandering down streets of no travail
for which workmen once offered up hands
to the throes of the city
where leisure is not in demand

Monday sends her libertine
in place of repose
Friday rakes her idle thought
with a laden rest

Be a lackey and take
great pains in making that mark
trade red brick tenement on work days
